What is PVC artificial leather?

PVC artificial leather is a synthetic material made from Polyvinyl Chloride. It is molded into sheets and then embossed with patterns and textures to resemble genuine leather using rollers. Its key features include durability, resistance to peeling, good water resistance, and a more affordable price than genuine leather and PU leather.

PVC Artificial Leather Manufacturing Process
PVC artificial leather is made from three main parts:

• Surface — The PVC layer with the printed pattern, determining the color and texture.
• Middle Layer (Foam) — Foam that provides softness and thickness.
• Backing — The backing fabric, available in stretch fabric, terry cloth, and microfiber.
  

• Durable, does not peel, lifespan of 10 years or more.
• Good water resistance, easy to clean.
• Wide variety of patterns and colors available.
• 3-5 times cheaper than PU and genuine leather.
• Srisanguan Premium Grade PVC Artificial Leather has passed the Martindale Abrasion Test for over 50,000 cycles (ISO 12947 standard).
